- We review and approve within 24–48 hours
- Ship the product back (customer pays return shipping unless our error)
- We send the replacement within 4–7 business days
Return Shipping
You pay return shipping charges unless the error is from our side (wrong product sent).
COD & Semi-COD Orders
- COD: Once dispatched, cannot be cancelled. Refusal of delivery = 15% restocking fee.
- Semi-COD: The 10% advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
